1. Bookings & Payments

• Quotes are provided based on the information supplied and are subject to change if details vary.
• Waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking and out-of-scope detours may be chargeable.
• No‑shows and late cancellations may be charged in full per policy.

2. Conduct & Safety

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times; UK law applies.
• No smoking or illegal substances in vehicles.
• We may refuse service for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

3. Delays & Liability

While we aim for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic, weather, breakdowns). Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the affected journey.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes are subject to availability. Cancellations must follow the policy provided at booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
